Delivering 240 homes to consistent quality required rigorous standardisation of materials, finishes, and inspection processes. We implemented a digital quality-tracking platform that logged every unit's progress against a shared checklist accessible to the client, design team, and site managers.
Repeatable construction techniques — including modular bathroom pods and pre-finished kitchen units — accelerated internal fit-out without sacrificing the bespoke architectural character of the scheme.
